- Choose transfer license service
- Complete and submit the application
Transfer applications must be initiated:
- 60 days before the license expires for exploration licenses.
- 180 days before the license expires for exploitation licenses.
Submission of a transfer application through Taadeen platform, including:
- Details of the license to be transferred.
- Information on the transferee and their qualifications.
- A transfer agreement between the current licensee and the transferee.
- Proof that the transferee has the financial and technical capabilities to fulfill license obligations.
- Declaration that the current licensee has no outstanding dues or violations.
- All rights and obligations of the license transfer to the new licensee upon completion of the transfer process.
- The transferee must adhere to the terms of the license, including environmental, social, and financial responsibilities.
- The transfer is effective only after the Ministry’s approval.
