Violation Description

Delay in submitting the annual mining report for Class (C) licenses as per the forms approved by the Ministry

Penalty stages

1. First time Warning

30 days

2. Second time Notice

Failure to correct the violation within the notice period results in a penalty of 5,000 SAR

3. Third time Penalty

5,000 SAR for every 30 days of delay from the date of the penalty notice

Important Notice

After 180 days from the report submission date, it is referred to the Violations Committee to determine penalties.
