Violation Description

Class (B) licenses: Delay of more than 120 days from the end of the year for the annual financial payment, or delay of the quarterly financial payment by more than 30 days from the end of the quarter.

Penalty stages

1. First time Warning

30 days

2. Second time Notice

Failure to correct the violation within the notice period results in a penalty of 5% of the unpaid fees, up to 50,000 SAR

3. Third time Penalty

A penalty of 5% of the unpaid financial fees, not exceeding 50,000 SAR, for every 30 days of delay

Important Notice

After 180 days from the payment due date, it is referred to the Violations Committee to determine penalties.
