
The Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Mining Affairs, Eng. Khalid bin Saleh Al-Mudaifer, met with several CEOs and executives of global companies to discuss cooperation prospects in the mining sector during the second day of his participation in the World Mining and Critical Minerals Conference, held in Miami, United States.
His Excellency held bilateral discussions with the CEOs of Anglo American, Rio Tinto, Fortescue, First Quantum Minerals, and executives from Naty One.
The meetings focused on exploring avenues for collaboration in the mining sector and the unique investment opportunities offered by the Kingdom, as part of its efforts to optimally utilize its abundant natural resources and transform into a global hub for mineral production and manufacturing.
The discussions highlighted the numerous advantages of the investment environment in the Kingdom, including advanced infrastructure, investment incentives, and the facilitation of procedures for establishing investment activities.
