Description
The exploration license gives the investor the right to explore for specifiers minerals in the specified area through surface mining and geophysical/geochemical analysis.
- The company's capital must be no less than 100 thousand riyals.
- The company must have a mining activity in its commercial register.
- The application must be located within the location of a valid inspection license.
- When renewing the license, the application must be submitted no less than (180) days before the expiration of the license.
- The license for minerals of categories (A) and (B) can only be renewed, and the application must be submitted at least (30) days prior to the expiration of the license.
- Provide a plan for managing the environmental and social impact (the plan is updated upon license renewal request).
- A plan to manage the social impact of activities that include contributing to the development of local communities.
- Commitment to the minimum spend on exploration.
- Financial solvency and feasibility study.
