Objection to Violations

You can appeal against violations before the financial penalty is imposed, after a violation notice has been issued. The violator is granted a 30-day period to file an appeal starting from the date of notification.

 

Objection Procedure for Licensed Before Financial Penalty

  • Visit the Taadeen platform and submit the appeal through the Violations Management menu.
  • Or use the link sent via SMS to submit the appeal.

 

Objection Procedure for Non-License Before Financial Penalty

  • To object about violation details and submit an appeal, use the link sent via SMS.
