Financial Compensation for Class (C) Minerals
The holder of the exploitation license is required to pay the financial compensation for each ton of extracted ore under the license, for the quantities exploited from the minerals and ores based on the specified rate, while considering the minimum mining capacity in tons according to the area of the license site.
Therefore, the investor must pay the financial compensation based on the minimum specified capacity, even if the total exploited quantity is less than the set limit.
